#Bridal Dress ideas for a registry wedding on a budget

Diana came in to see me and she said she wanted a simple dress for her wedding. She didn't want a white dress as it was her fourth wedding. Yes! fourth!

She is lovely and was so frank about how rubbish the other 3 husbands had been.

"So is this fourth time lucky?" I asked "Is he the one?"
"That's where we get it wrong." Diana said with a smile "I don't think there is that one man for any woman. It's all hit and miss".

So we had a chat for about two hour on why there must be that one man for you. I strongly believe there is and she believes otherwise. Her appointment time was over and we hadn't even embarked on the business of the day.

Back to the dress. After 3 expensive wedding dresses and the resulting divorces, all she wanted this time was a budget dress.

"Who knows if he is even worth it?" She said
"Surely, if you are marrying him Diana, he must have proven himself". I answered.
"Come on Rosy!" She smiled sarcastically "People can really pretend".

I was keen on getting to know why she thought that people are largely pretentious so i asked "Do you consider yourself a good judge of character." To which she responded, " No, not really. "

After some laughs on the "bogus" previous husbands, i was keen to know why she was getting married again and yet she seemed happy and independent. Was it worth the stress?
And she said " I told you, people can really pretend. Am the chief pretender. Deep down i can't be alone. I want company all the time."

We settled on this nude chiffon dress with lace bodice and a hint of pearl and diamante' waist detail.
At only £59.99, she was a happy 4th time lucky bride.

Cheers to Diana and fingers crossed that this is it!
