Is it a knicker issue?

Have you ever been in this awkward position where a lady is seated in front of you and when she gets up her dress is caught up in her bum? What do you do?
Do you keep staring? Look away or grab the dress and pull it off?

Suppose you are in a bus and a lady gets up to leave and the dress is caught? Would you tell her? Perhaps whisper? Would you just yank it down?

Ok now assume it's during a church service and the pastor says "let's all rise" and the woman stands and the dress is caught? Would you tap her and if you would what would you say to her?

Is it mean to just let it pass, to pretend you don't see it?

How do you handle this sort of situation?
